General rules of warranty, exchange and return of goods

If you decide to exchange or abandon the goods purchased from us, please read our rules governing the process. 

1. To return accepted only items purchased in our online store.
2. Responsible for the goods until receipt by our representatives lies with the buyer.
3. These Rules are in accordance with current legislation.

Warranty

Software Warranty provided by software vendors, company «Softwizard», as software reseller, guarantees high quality at all stages of the procurement.
Before sending the order to the Buyer all stocked products is thoroughly tested for physical defects in the packaging and installation CDs, as well as compliance with the stated order picking. Our company does not guarantee compatibility between the software itself, satisfaction with functionality, as well as for any damages that you may incur in connection with the use of the supplied software.

Despite the apparent similarity of the situation, the purchase and operation of the software can not be equated with the acquisition and use of conventional consumer goods. We recommend to read license agreement to each of the acquired products, often they prescribed terms of the warranty.

Exchange of goods

Exchange and returns can be completed within 14 days of delivery. When returning goods of good quality online store returns only the value of goods, while the cost of delivery no return. When returning goods of good quality, an online shop will return its value, not later than 10 days from receipt of the goods and your written statement.

If you had sold the goods of improper quality, you have the right to require replacement of the goods for a similar product (manufacturer, type) or the product of another manufacturer with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price or return of goods. Under the item of improper quality means goods which are faulty and can not meet its functional qualities. The consignment shall be as described on the website. Unlike design elements or design from those stated in the description on the website does not constitute a malfunction or dysfunction of the goods. Appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order must be verified by the buyer at the time of receipt of goods. If you have been transferred to the goods of poor quality, and it was not pre-specified by the seller, you are entitled to invoke the provisions of Art. 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation «Consumer Protection».

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale, return the goods of poor quality and demand the return of the money paid for the goods amount.

Any of these requirements must be submitted to you in writing by completing the application. Claim for refund of money paid for the goods subject to the satisfaction of the amount within 10 days from the date of request (Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation «Consumer Protection»).For a refund or exchange of goods to the Buyer must arrive at наш офис to consider the situation.

Please note that our organization reserves the right, if necessary, to make an examination of the return or change the goods.
If the examination of goods found to have its shortcomings arose due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the Purchaser shall reimburse the seller the cost of the examination, as well as costs associated with its implementation, storage and transportation.

Return of goods

To realize returns * you must provide us with the following documents:

1. Refund application in the prescribed form indicating their passport data;
2. a copy of the payment order, the proof of payment or notification of payment system (for electronic payment systems and credit cards);
3. a copy of the invoice that is sent to the Customer upon delivery of goods.

When returning goods, please check the product complies with the following conditions:

1. mechanical damage and dirt;
2. the integrity of the factory stickers (if they were);
3. the integrity of the film (if it was included);
4. the integrity of the original packing;
5. completeness.

You can bring all of the goods and documents to our office or send an e-mail notification. 

Upon cancellation of the order, as well as full or partial cancellation, money back to your bank account or credit card (for individuals). To do this you need contact us, convenient for you, and provide all the necessary details.
